Diocesan collection to benefit priests' retirement is Sept. 15-16 in parishes

Parishes in the Diocese of Sacramento will take up a second collection for the benefit of retired priests in the diocese. The collection will be taken during liturgies the weekend of Sept. 15-16.

The collection is an opportunity for parishioners to thank their priests for their long and loving service, caring for the spiritual and sacramental needs of the faithful throughout the diocese.
