Catholic Communication Campaign collection is Aug. 18-19

Parishes in the Diocese of Sacramento will take up a second collection for the Catholic Communication Campaign during liturgies the weekend of Aug. 18-19. Through the generous donations of parishioners, the CCC is able to spread the message of the Gospel. The CCC funds the development of traditional and new media programs that inspire and minister to their audiences. Half of the collection from the Diocese of Sacramento stays in the diocese to support local communication efforts, while the other half supports national Catholic media initiatives.
