Christian Service Award - Associate Peer Minister

The Christian Service Award – Associate Peer Minister Scholarship Position will be awarded to first year students attending University of Texas – Pan American. Associate Peer Ministers are living examples of Christ in the world. They demonstrate a spirit of service among their fellow students and the larger school community by their willingness to be involved and by giving of their time and their hearts. Peer Ministers are leaders among the student body.

They accept responsibility to generate ideas for the spiritual well-being of the school and then bring those ideas to fruition. It involves planning and implementing services and/or events. It will also involve ministry formation/training and faith formation for your continued growth in your faith. A prorated scholarship of $300 will be given in disbursement that will be paid out in $100 each month through May 2011.
