What do you need to do next?

First, show each leader in your parish this video. Then get those leaders to create flockNote feeds for each ministry, team or group that needs to communicate. They can also organize their feeds into "families" and "Networks" (coming soon) so it's more convenient to connect and distribute information.

Then just let all of your parishioners know that all of these great feeds are waiting for them! You can use our invite tools, email, phone calls, pulpit announcements, your next meeting or loud shouting from the rooftops to encourage everyone to sign up. Maybe even get creative and give an incentive to sign up and subscribe. Oh, and don't forget to get your pastor to claim your official parish feed!

Once everyone is signed up and connected you'll be communicating, building community and sharing resources like never before.

*Embed flockNote into your website

This feature will allow you to embed a registration form (powered by flockNote) directly into your website. Additionally, you can display a list of your parish flockNote feeds and allow the parishioner to subscribe to them right then and there.

As admins of the parish (or network) feed, you can then export the registration data of all of your members (as long as they allow you access) from flockNote into your own parish system. So it's a great way to get parishioners or group members registered online while also getting them connected with everything going on in your parish (via your flockNote feeds).
