What is flockNote? View plans and pricing
flockNote is a communication and registration tool made specifically for Catholic parishes, dioceses and organizations. Leaders can post information in one place and have it sent out via email, text message, phone call, Facebook, Twitter and more. It can also serve as a custom registration and member management tool.

Bulk Email, Text Messages and Phone CallsflockNote handles all of your bulk emailing, text messaging and phone calling needs. Whether you want to send beautiful newsletters to your mailing list, text message alerts to your entire group — or make a bunch of automated phone calls the old-fashioned way, flockNote's got you covered. And we handle all of the subscribing, unsubscribing, tracking, bounces and more for you, too.
Member and Event RegistrationWhenever people join your Network on flockNote, you can have it automatically ask for as much - or as little - custom information as you need. So use it as your full, online parish registration form — or simply as a quick way to gather and keep track of member contact info. flockNote will also manage event registration for you, track RSVPs and gather whatever other information you'd like to capture from event participants.
Text-to-RegisterWith Text-to-Register, we make it easier than ever for you to capture member contact info and get them plugged into your Network. You can reserve your own "keywords" (like JOIN or WYD) to create your own mobile campaigns. It will help you capture members' phone numbers and email addresses (all via text message) and then will email them with a request to finish registration with your Network. Learn more.
Free 30-day TrialWe offer a FREE 30-day trial for your parish, diocese or organization. That means you can create a fully functional Network to use for 30 days — all for free. If you don't like it, simply cancel your Network within your first 30 days. No setup or cancellation fees. And no further obligations. If you do like it (and we think you will), then your trial Network simply becomes your permanent one after 30 days and you're all set. You can also upgrade your Network at anytime.
Empower Your Leaders and ParishionersflockNote empowers your ministry leaders to easily use the communication tools of today in an organized, effective manner across your parish or organization. It also empowers your parishioners to get personally plugged in and to choose precisely when and how they'd like to receive information.
Simple. One of the best things about flockNote is that it's simple. You don't need expensive training sessions to pick it up, and your members won't either. We focus on registration and communication — and we make it as easy as possible for you and your members.
OrganizedOrganize your communication strategy. flockNote not only tracks all communication in your parish or organization, but it gives one central tool that all of your staff can use to reach people across multiple forms of communication. All they have to do is post information in one, simple place — and flockNote delivers it to each subscriber however they chose to receive it. It also gives your members one place they can go to get directly plugged in to all of your activities and ministries.
Social MediaflockNote easily integrates with your Facebook Page or your Twitter profile. So any time you post new information and send it out on flockNote, we'll automatically update your Facebook page and Twitter profile for you. Each flockNote List also has its own RSS feed, too.
Get GreenGo green and get more green. Not only does using flockNote mean you'll use up fewer natural resources, but it also means you'll save a lot of money in the long run. If flockNote saves you one major mail-out (paper, printing, envelopes, stamps, your time and labor) each year, then it probably pays for itself. And not only will it save you way more than that anyway, it will also — more importantly — boost engagement and participation in your parish.
Built for the ChurchflockNote was made by Catholics, for Catholics and it's designed according to the life and structure of the Church. Answering the call to the New Evangelization, we're using the powerful technologies of today to serve the timeless mission of the Church.
Embed flockNoteEasily embed the flockNote registration and subscription process right into your own, existing website. That way people can register with your parish or organization and get connected with all of your ministry Lists — without ever leaving your website.
Attach FilesEasily attach files to your Notes you send out. Makes it easy to share forms, the Sunday Bulletin, photos, etc. with your members.
Feedback and SurveysflockNote's also great for interaction and conversation — especially for small groups. Lists have the option to let subscribers reply back to the Notes that you send out so you can solicit feedback, strike up a conversation and continue the conversation online. You can also take simple surveys of your membership and track the results.
PartnershipflockNote is a partnership — between parish or organization leaders and its members. We recognize that ministry leaders need a little help from their members when it comes to gathering information and communicating with each other. And we also recognize that some people are more willing partners than others. So with flockNote, members can fill out their profile -or- an admin can fill it out for them. Members can keep their own contact info up to date -or- an admin can update it for them. Members can subscribe and unsubscribe to the information they want -or- admins can do it for them. It's totally flexible.
Calendar of EventsSend out invitations, track RSVPs (kinda like Evite) and keep a calendar of all of your events.
EvolutionflockNote's not built upon just one particular communication technology. Instead, we focus on building connections between the members of the Church. And then we allow you to plug into those connections via the popular communication technologies of today. As technology evolves, so will we.
To the CloudflockNote is 100% cloud-based. That means that you can login to your Network to send or access information from any internet browser. So no complex software to load or update. And we handle all of the security, updates, backups and all of that other important stuff so you don't have to.
Safe and SecureWe will never, ever sell, rent or give away your data. Please view our Privacy and Security policy for more info. We also use SSL encryption for any sensitive data that is passed between a user and our system and all of our data is stored securely. Besides all that stuff, we are also designed to comply with many of the strictest diocesan policies when it comes to communication in ministry.View plans and pricing

Meet the team:
Matthew Warner
Matthew is the founder and CEO of flockNote. He believes there is a lot of untapped potential in how we communicate as a Church – from the parish level on up. That’s why he created flockNote. More importantly, Matthew loves his beautiful wife and two kids. They all hang their hats in Texas.
Jeff Geerling
Jeff is the Chief Technology Officer for flockNote. He’s a former seminarian from St. Louis, MO who loves to create websites, videos, pictures and amazing communication tools for the Church. He also loves volleyball, Drupal, anything to do with computers and, most of all, being happily married to his beautiful wife Natalie.
Barrett Field
Barrett is the Sales and Support Manager for flockNote. He loves talking to and helping people – especially Church leaders who are looking for easy ways to communicate better. He also loves history, golf and especially the fact that his fiance, Suzy, said “yes” to marrying him in November 2011. He hails from College Station, TX.
Lauren Warner
Lauren is the Chief Marketing Officer for flockNote. She’s an accomplished writer and creative-type with a fondness for picnics on grassy lawns, drinking iced-tea and making lemonade out of lemons. More than anything else, though, she’s a devoted wife, mother and Texan.
Uno (the sheep)
Uno is the flockNote mascot. After a long and somewhat rocky run in the rodeo circuit, he found himself a bit lost. But he’s now been found (Mt 18:12-14). So we put him to work...well mostly he just eats hay, ambles around and follows stuff - mostly Jesus. But he keeps us focused.
